Define what will be supplied
Start each order line with the model number or product link, dimensions and quantity. State that you require undecorated blanks and identify any lettering, logos or decoration shown in the product photo that should be omitted.
Confirm the material, colour requirements and base assembly for that model. For a custom change, attach a dimensioned drawing or marked reference and ask for feasibility confirmation. Keep the agreed revision with the quotation.
Separate minimum order quantity from carton quantity
The usual bulk minimum for our trophy blanks is 50 pieces per model. The requirement applies to each selected model; 50 pieces split between different models does not meet that minimum.
TL-CT-101, TL-CT-102 and TL-CT-149 are packed 12 pieces per carton. Four full cartons contain 48 pieces and five contain 60. This does not create a new 60-piece minimum: send the quantity you need and confirm how the final order and any part-filled carton will be packed.
Record sample approval and production timing
We support custom trophy blank development and samples to customer requirements. Sampling generally takes 5–7 days; confirm the timing and fee for your request. Sample preparation is separate from shipping time, and bulk production timing depends on the order quantity.
Record the model, dimensions, supply condition and checks approved on the sample. Confirm bulk production timing for the agreed order, then discuss transit time separately. Give your required arrival date early so that these stages can be reviewed together.
Specify packing and delivery responsibilities
Trophy blanks usually have gift box packing, with premium wooden boxes available as an option. Confirm the selected box, protective inserts, outer carton and labels in the quotation. Packaging for another model should not be assumed to apply to yours.
Provide the destination country and postal code; for a US shipment, include the state and ZIP code. Ask which freight and import costs are included, who arranges customs clearance and what delivery stage the quoted timing covers. Confirm carton dimensions and gross weight when needed for shipping arrangements.
Keep the agreed quotation as the order reference
Our trophy order payment terms are a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% paid in full before shipment. Confirm the currency, payment method and charges for your quotation; these details should not be inferred from the percentages.
Check that the quotation and approved specification refer to the same model revision, quantity, packing and delivery arrangement. Keep those documents and the sample reference for receiving checks and future purchases.
